Dr. Tom Miller, author of Programmed to Run, will be teaching another 4-week Good Running Form training series beginning Thursday, March 10th. Participants will learn proper running form and helpful drills to give you the strength to maintain your new-found good form. They will receive personalized coaching, video analysis of their form and training tips.
