you are boring!
Great review! I just purchased it.
Thanks for the review. I’m going to get it. And you were not boring but very informative!
That first comment is ridiculous. Your video provided exactly the information I needed. Thank you.
Great Review could do with a bit more on the instructions on how to use it. But overall great
Now if it doesn’t have heart rate, what does it use to measure calorie burn?
Is it waterproof?
@ Ed – No it is not waterproof. Just water resistant, meaning it will resist rain, sweat, snow etc. Do not swim with it, it can’t resist being under water. It is not intended for water sports.
@ Jonathon – I do not know how it calculates calories burned. It probably uses an equation based off weight and age though and gets a general idea from that.
The instructions are very poor – you could definitely do with a pictoral step by step guide on how to set it up and use it. Price in my local running shop – £100 sterling?
I ran with it and it was recording my splits as .66 miles and not real miles. Is there a way to make it more accurate or is it just not that accurate
Don’t know if that was clear but I run 8 minute miles and it would calcuate the mile around 6:30. I can’t run that fast. 1 mile =.66 on the watch. Someone help me. I don’t like doing math when i run
Brian, if I’m not mistaken, 0.66 miles is approximately 1 km so I’m guessing you’ve set your watch to take splits in km somehow…
How do I change KM to Miles on my watch?
