With all the barefoot running talk in the running world, many people are wondering how to run correctly and if you can do it with shoes on. Tom Miller authored Programmed to Run in 2001 and was ahead of his time when he recommended barefoot running as a strengthening mechanism for running. He has been known to coach some of the fastest and most efficient runners in the state and he is coming to Salt Lake Running Co. to tell you all of his secrets. This is one you won’t want to miss.
