Join us for our primer workouts. Primer workouts are “brick” (bike and run) workout hosted by Salt Lake Running & Multisport. All workouts are free, open to the public, and will be held at Sugarhouse Park. See map for more details.
The workout will consist of a bike leg around the Sugarhouse Park paved loop and then a run on the Highland High School track. This is a three-mile bike ride followed by a one-mile run. After a break, those who want to repeat the process will do another three-mile bike, one-mile run combination.
