Does Dr. Tom Miler train using the chi running technique? I have ran 7 marathons and now that I am 53 years old I decided to pick up running again when I bought a 5 finger shoe and the reading 0f chi running. Its like being a born again runner. I am so excited about running again and know that I will be able to run the rest of my life without any injuries. Let me know if you believe my time would be worth be part of this weekly training. I will be out of town during the week of Sept 7th

    Thanks,

    Peter D.

    Peter,

Dr. Miller does not use the Chi running method exactly, however, the techniques Chi teaches and the techniques Tom Miller teaches are almost identical. Dr. Miller takes a more step-by-step process to show you how you are currently running and what to do to change to become more efficient. Chi teaches a lot of the same things, but using a slightly different method to accomplish the mail goal of running efficiently.

The bottom line is learning to run efficiently and whether it is Chi, Pose, Good Form Running, or teaching yourself, it does not really matter, so long as you reach your goal. Dr. Miller’s class can give you some great tools to get there. I hope that helps.
