I received my CrossFit level 1 certification in 2008, and am currently the owner of the CrossFit NRG gym in south Salt Lake. Running has been a huge source of success in the CrossFit realm . I currently wear a pair of the Vibram 5-finger shoes for every CrossFit workout and enjoy the freedom they give my feet and the overall contributions they have made to my improved balance, flexibility, strength and agility. I dedicate myself to teaching others and embracing their true physical potential. I have competed in the 2010 CrossFit Sectional and Regional Games pitting athlete against athlete in a contest to decide true general physical preparedness through olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, and gymnastic movements. I placed 22nd out of 80 in the sectionals, and 41st out of 65 in the regionals.
