Favorite Run: Anywhere foggy! I love fog. I love trails. Pipeline, shoreline…any trail. Dry Creek is AMAZING in the winter. When the trail is covered in snow, that’s when it’s best.
Running Buddy: Taio Cruz, the cast of Glee, Lady Gaga, Jason Derulo and Donny Osmond.
Favorite Bike Course: Emigration Canyon.
Favorite Workout: I love CrossFit for cross training. My favorite workout so far has been:
15 O Squats
20 Front Squats
25 Back Squats
50 Air Squats
Between each sets do 10 meter Burpee Broad Jump and 10 meter Bear Crawl.
Favorite Race: SLC half-marathon, Timp half-marathon. One with really great SWAG. I go nuts for free crap.
Dream Race: Disneyland Half-marathon. Utah Half-Ironman. London Marathon.
Current Running Shoe: Nike Free, Mizuno Wave Inspire, New Balance 860, and the Saucony Peregrine.
All Time Favorite Running Shoe: Mizuno Wave Inspire.

The Utah Chapter of the Human Rights Campaign is preparing for the annual Gala Dinner and Auction set for June 11th. I am in search for possible donations for our silent auction and I have noted that Salt Lake Running Company has been a previous supporter.
