Training Session 1 January 17-April 1, 2017.
STRIVE training group members receive a program suited to your ability sent via daily email through Training Peaks software and a chance to train with like mind individuals throughout the week. An experienced coach will be onsite to direct the workout, answer questions, and provide motivation for 5K to ½ marathon distances. All abilities and experience levels welcome.
