One Response to Couch-To-5K Training Program

  1. Pam Sheppard says:

I am definitely a couch potatoe and am currently setting some weight loss and fitness goals for this yr. Does it matter what shape we are in as far as joining this class and preparing for the SL Marathon 5K?
    Thanks…Pam
